Since 1952, we’ve provided our neighbors throughout the Tri-State with innovative, quality home improvement products at affordable prices. When we started Harry Truman was President and thousands of fans watched the Cincinnati Reds play at old Crosley Field. Today, over five decades later, we’ve been through several Presidents and a couple more ballparks, but the Reds still thrill fans. Some things never change – just like our commitment to you.

1952 – How it All Started

  • Former aircraft engineer Yale Ducker founded Yale Industries, distributing kitchens from a small warehouse in North Dayton.

  • Later in the ‘50s, Ducker expanded his product line, adding storm windows, doors, and aluminum siding.

The ‘60s & ‘70s – Getting in the Groove

  • In 1965, Yale Industries moved to its present location, operating out of 45,000 sq. ft. facility, manufacturing and distributing specialty building components.

  • The early ‘70s brought further expansion with Yale Industries manufacturing and  distributing aluminum windows and doors. Our facility grew to 72,000 sq. ft.
  • In 1978, staying one step ahead of the competition, Yale Industries began manufacturing an aluminum reinforced, vinyl replacement window, combining the best of both technologies.

Today – The Innovations Continue

  • Area businessman Jeff Wiles and Bryan Valentine purchased Yale Industries in July 2004, and Jeff took the helm as company president, bringing with him 20 years experience in the home improvement industry.
  • Just as we have the last 50 years, today the Yale team continues to research the best products and manufacturing methods, passing the savings and quality directly on to you.
